Champion Windows was very professional, they answered any questions and concerns I had, the quality of the product is good, and it looks very good. You get what you pay for and in this case, I got good quality windows.
Installation was smooth and easy. Very pleased with the windows and the process.
I thought the two installers were professional. They did the job in two days. It was a great job. My only complaint is the telephone system. I was on hold 35 minutes one time. How do you get management to allow this system? It should change. I do not understand how they allow it. Management should try it. Just see what happens.
