Champion Windows is "simply the best". I feel so great knowing my home has Champion windows, siding and gutters. I love,love,love Champion Windows. I'm telling my co-workers, neighbors, family and friends to check out Champion before using anyone else. Did I say I love Champion windows.
They did an outstanding job.
We also had them do work for us about 3 years ago, and they did a great job on that project too.
The windows were installed well, although I was not made aware that they collect condensation on the outside when there is a difference between in side and outside temperature. Would not have purchased them had I known. Storm doors had some areas that needed to be caucked with matching color. I was told to go buy the caulk and do it myself. We got rain before I got to the hardware store and the doors leaked. I notified champion and was told someone would call me. Never heard back, bought the caulk and fixed the problem.
Very professional all the way. Mark Sakoi was not only on time, but even a little early -- great for us!! He understood what we were looking for right away and was more than knowledgeable about both the doors and windows. The order arrived, again (!), quicker than expected. The guys who installed were early!! (We love this policy, if it IS a policy!!) They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the entire site when done. We were shown how everything worked and they made sure were happy with the job. We were!!!
