Their installer Jim came and fixed all the errors the first guy had made. Whoever came and measured did a horrible job, and I think having to wait 5-6 months for a couple of windows is outrageous. One window installation even had to be rescheduled because the window wasn't measured or cut properly. They didn't really know what was going on. Jim did a remarkable job on the windows that had to be redone. He did wonderful work.
I love Champion Windows. We have used them before, and this was the first time we have had issues.
I was amazed of the view after the replacement window was installed compared to the prior window! It was instantly better.
Champion was a very professional and very courteous company to do business with. They had a very knowledgeable staff and fast, efficient work was done by the installation personnel. Although Champion charges top dollar for their product, it is an excellent quality product overall. I am very satisfied with the end result.
