I was very pleased with the service and the product.
Good Experience, we love the windows. Only thing I question is price. Most online window sites say that a quality double hung window with installation should be no more 500-700 per window. Champions starting price before applying discounts was about 1700.00 per window. To me that is excessive starting price. Even those who bought champion in other parts of the country seem to get a better price. We plan on using champion again, but I would like to get better pricing since I would buy 10 or more windows at a time. BC
I really enjoyed working with Mark. He listened to the customer's needs and helps to find a solution for their budget. It is also a high qualtiy product.
