The installation crew did a good job and addressed all questions and concerns during installation. I believe the quality of the installation to be good.The only shortcoming was that the roof was originally to be installed in October before the weather got cold and snowy. The actual installation occurred in Late November. Although late, Champion did work over the Thanksgiving weekend to complete installation before a snowstorm arrived.
The windows are phenomenal. The first night we noticed a huge difference in the temperature and comfort of our home. They also look beautiful. We are so happy with our purchase.

The windows were installed very professionally, the clean up was done well, and the windows work excellent- much better than the previous windows that were in the home.
I'd rate them 4 stars.
We like the quality of the windows. The installation, for the most part, was good. We had issues with the caulking though.
