From first to last, our experience with Champion windows was exceptional in very way. We especially appreciated the fact that it was easy to get in touch with Champion and arrange appointment times via E mail. That is so much more efficient than playing telephone tag. Champion windows of Colorado Springs did an excellent job replacing our wooden casement windows with vinyl ones, preserving much of the original wooden framing and trim. They took exceptional care with the installation, doing an outstanding job with the exterior metal work, carefully sealing all joint seams, and adjusting the windows for the best seal. The sales staff was similarly excellent providing information on all options, pricing and guarantees so that we could choose the option best suited for our needs. Anne S.
Champion windows first installed windows in pueblo for us. They did such a wonderful job that I inquired about them coming to Alamosa even though the brochure said we were out their range. The office said that it was fine and the are fantastic. We had a cold temperatures and I mean like negative twenty below and I can still stand in front of my kitchen window and can't feel a breeze or cold or anything. The work, quality, care and person care that they put into their windows is amazing.
The staff were all professional and courteous. It was great experience all the way around. They answered all of my questions. My windows are beautiful.
Based on prior experience with windows that we bought five or six years ago from Champion, we were interested in having them do some doors. Our first experience was a good one and the second time was just as good if not better. This is a side-story to show just how dependable Champion is. I was very satisfied with the product and the workmanship of the windows as well as the installation. Everything was done professionally and on schedule.
Overall, everything with my project was done well. I didn't have any problems. Champion Windows did everything I wanted, and I am very happy with them.
This is my second experience with Champion Windows. The office staff, the salesman, and the installers were above and beyond courteous and helpful. Also, adjustments after the project were followed up on promptly.
