I had a very positive experience. I appreciated the professionalism of the salesman. He gave us a discount I wasn't expecting and was very open with all of our options. I am very impressed with the product.
Overall. a very good product. Manufacture time and installation time took longer than expected. Fianl sales walk-thru was not as promised and did not occur. Installation problem identified after the fact and a resolution has not occured to date.
From my initial contact with their advertiser to the follow up, I was very impressed with the quality of service received. I feel I was properly informed with a variety of information with which to make a good decision about my purchase. My windows are awesome and I would recommend Champion to everyone.

They were always on time and I always received updates about what was going on. Every week I got a phone call saying the materials had arrived and it will take so and so many days until we start, etc.
This is my second experience with Champion, having had all my windows replaced a few years ago and I was most pleased with that event. I am equally pleased with the new doors which are much more secure, better looking, and will obviously eliminate any air leakage. They are attractive and have elicited many favorable comments from friends. The locks are more substantial than the previous ones and the doors are easier to open and close. Thanks Champion.
They did exactly what the salesman told me they would do. They got the job done in less time. They had a quality control guy come out during the process and see how the guys were doing. The whole process was a well oiled machine. I would recommend them to anyone who is on the market for new windows.
The installation crew came right in and got right to the job immediately. We noticed a pretty big difference in the temperature of our home and how much cooler the house stayed. The windows look great and we're very happy!
