I had a very good experience, I know before I picked them I went online and looked at a few different companies and saw a few people that had written in saying that they were not happy with Champion but I have to disagree because my experience has been great. The install team knew what they were doing did not mess anything in the house up and when they took the old windows out it was a very clean process and the installation was so careful and flush and timely and when the crew leaves you know that it is a quality job. The Champion staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They gave accurate information and provided everything needed to make choices for the project being done. The work was completed in a timely manner. The staff was professional and I would highly recommend them for doors, sun rooms, and windows.
We were a little concerned in the being about the expense and whether it would enhance our home. It definitely has, my husband is thrilled with the window! We'll probably have a matching one put in on the other side of our house.
They did a marvelous job all the way through from the very first phone call to the tail end of the job. I would recommend them to a friend. They did a beautiful job.
From the beginning to installation, my wife and I have been completely satisfied. I am glad that I changed my mind from a different window replacement company and went with Champion. Much cheaper and I think the quality is as good or better. Also I see a much better customer service attitude. Great job Champion!!!
I thought my sales rep exceeded my expectations and presented himself much better than my other three quotes and the process continued from there. Champion's selection of contractors is second to none. Brett Hurley should be commended for his preparedness; he was an excellent answer man. This was pretty much all on the initial visit, more so than the other three estimates I received. Everyone kept us informed daily about their progress. I can't say enough about them.
I was extremely impressed with Brett (salesperson). He really sold me on the whole deal. They were more expensive than I had figured, but I checked in to it and decided to go with them. He was very low key. He didn't try to make a hard sale at all. He was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with him and the crew. They were friendly. I was worried about the interaction with my dogs and the crew, but the crew handled it very well.
I'm very pleased with the entire team. They worked together well. There service is excellent. If I know of anybody that is looking for windows, I would definitely recommend them to Champion Windows.
All members of the sales staff, support staff, and install staff were all professional punctual and courteous and I would recommend Champion to anyone who is interested in replacing windows or having any other work done to their home.
