This is our third and final window installation for our home. All three experiences have been exceptional.
I have been disappointed that one window was never finished and they still haven't finished...
The installation was feeble. There was no follow-up until after they had the glass delivered. They had to order a new one to complete the project. This was a 7-month-long installation.
I was sold on the quality, however we've had one day that was kind of cold out and I expected the windows to perform better against cold and heat.
