Exceeded expectations. The office was very courteous and organized prior to installation. The installation crew was very professional and fast! They installed and roughed-in 19 windows in one day. Trim out was done the next day in under 5 hrs. Very impressed with the quality.
The crew was great, the salesman was great, the quality of the window was great. Some of the management and office staff needs improvement.
I feel that Champion Windows has a very good product, they stand behind their product, and they have great customer service.
