I love the windows, they really reduce the noise. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation.
My only problem was with the installation crew.
We contacted Champion. They were very responsive and prompt to our request online. They made appointments with us, they were punctual, and the salesperson was very thorough and knowledgable. There was no pressure. He laid out the plans for us, gave us the options, we discussed it and that same night we decided this was what we wanted to do. We understood their reputation.
