The whole process was very pleasant. Everyone was knowledgeable, and the communication was great. We enjoyed our experience with Champion Windows.
The people we dealt with face to face are awesome! Whomever monitors tv advertisements needs to keep up with when promos change. Almost a deal breaker. However the measure man, Jeff, made it right!
Multiple problems with installation. Still waiting on warranty service to be completed.
