They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole procedure.
The windows were perfect. But the installation manager was a no show twice. I stayed home from work on two separate days and no one showed up. I was later told that they didn't come because it was cold and rainy. However I never got a call and I lost money by not going to work. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely unprofessional acting as if my time didn't matter and they would get to me when they could. Also I didn't receive an apology for the no show. I really liked the product.
One of the windows was miss measured, so another had to be ordered.
