You went out of the way to help get the project done since we are out in the country.
Everything was completed well. But afterwards the expectations should be better to follow up and pick up their boxes they left here.
The product is very good, but it is questionable as to what they will leave you with after the installation. The communication between Champion and the customer is very poor.
Estimate appointment was too long. We had decided to go with another company. Our salesman kept wanting our business so was going back and forth on price with a manager until we agreed on price. Did not realize that Champion out-sourced their installers. Ours were very courteous and did their best. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Champion and they were to receive a referral check a couple weeks after our final payment.
