Purchased two doors last August. It is now mid-March and the job is still not complete. I give up. I will never recommend Champion and when learning of someone wanting windows or doors, I will tell them the bad service I received.
Everything was good!
Good quality windows. Little on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and we really like the product. Everything was quick and professional, whole process took about 6 weeks from the initial estimate to the final inspection by the city. Installation team was prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. They got the whole job done (12 windows) done in less than a day. There were a couple of miscommunications but overall really happy with the experience and the final product.
