Seems like pricing is still pretty expensive, especially when I consider that the "special" I received was buy 2 get 2 free. I was also told that it didn't matter if the windows were of equal size & value.

The salesman did a great job, the installer did a terrible job and the manager did his best to fix the installers mistake - which is still unfixed.

From the salesperson through to the installers the experience was excellent. Spencer came to our house and was super knowledgeable, professional and personable. He showed us the windows and all the features. The windows were ordered and came when they said they would. The office called and could schedule the install right away.
