From the salesperson through to the installers the experience was excellent. Spencer came to our house and was super knowledgeable, professional and personable. He showed us the windows and all the features. The windows were ordered and came when they said they would. The office called and could schedule the install right away. I would recommend champion windows to friends because they were quick on getting me someone to talk to, they answered questions and they scheduled appointments in a resumable time frame.
