I am satisfied with everything.
The installation crew was very professional and courteous. I can't say enough about them.
The room is beautiful, but the communication has not been great and although it's been done for a couple of weeks, I am still waiting for the final inspection due to electrical not passing. No urgency on anyone's part to get completed which has been frustrating. Nobody calls me, I have to call and ask what is going on.
It took multiple (4) trips to have a simple lower bedroom glass window replaced. The factory kept sending the wrong thickness but the shop should have double checked size before coming out. Jason Finn the Service Manager was able to return in time to save the day. I would have expected a discount considering it took almost 4 months to get it right. But in the end it looks good and Jason is a solid professional who saved Champion's reputation. I would highly recommend Jason and make sure to ask for a seasoned installer.
