The installation crew was awesome! There was some information that wasn't given at the beginning, but the installation crew communicated, they got back with me, installed the windows in a timely manner, and communicated very well overall. I called the salesperson about a question and he never got back with me. I texted and called the lead manager over the crew, and come to find out, he had quit, so he didn't even call to let me know that he was no longer with the company.
