The sales process was thorough and the installers arrived on time. They did not follow what was in the video and no explanation of the process was given they just went right to work. They also did not put down mats to protect inside floors as shown in the video tho they did vacuum the area afterwards. They put up the blinds afterwards but they started to put up one wrong and now I have to patch holes where they had started to install. It was done quickly, I did like the sales rep Dave. The crew kept the job sites very clean. I only wish someone would have come out to check the work after.

The window order was not 100% accurate the first time and it took a little back and forth to get the correct product ordered hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
My Champion windows came in and patio door and got them installed today. The windows and the patio door are made of excellent quality. I can already feel the difference in my home. Of course I’m replacing 17-year-old windows and a patio door. The glass and the construction of the windows and door are superb I also want to thank Mario and his two helpers I’m sorry I didn’t get their names for installing my windows.
