Love the product and the team, but it is on the expensive side.
The sales process was thorough and the installers arrived on time. They did not follow what was in the video and no explanation of the process was given they just went right to work. They also did not put down mats to protect inside floors as shown in the video tho they did vacuum the area afterwards. They put up the blinds afterwards but they started to put up one wrong and now I have to patch holes where they had started to install.
