I had a problem with one window - bottom part of window would not lock because the holes were not in correct place. It was supposed to be ordered back in June. I paid and my son checked windows and saw error. I went on and did more with your company and did windows on porch. Still no window. Hard to get anyone on phone. Finally last week someone called and left message and I left message and not heard back.
