Install was good except we realized our security sensor was removed and not replaced. The installer should have communicated to us and asked if we would like to keep the sensor. While we acknowledge it is not his position to be a security specialist, he did not say anything to us about it. The next day we realized all the glass had glue or caulk all over it. I have recommended CW, but my continuing to do so depends on how promptly the cracked window is replaced. I realize it could take up to 3 months to get here.
