Jesse and his team did an outstanding job on installing our window project. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Install was good except we realized our security sensor was removed and not replaced. The installer should have communicated to us and asked if we would like to keep the sensor. While we acknowledge it is not his position to be a security specialist, he did not say anything to us about it. The next day we realized all the glass had glue or caulk all over it. This was VERY difficult to clean. It is not unreasonable to expect a clean product when spending thousands of dollars on a door. This was disappointing and frustrating. ... read more
