Windows would not open. Outer trim was too thick. One crank handle came off as screw was not tightened. O ne screen had a small dent in it. Still waiting two weeks later to get it fixed.

The time it took to schedule the work to be done was great. Work was done in the allotted amount of time and was done with exceptional cleanup of the work area The workers, Egor and the other man ( I do not know his namd) were very professional, polite and cleaned up the area very well.
