I wasn't told that the windows would be smaller than the previous windows.

Upon initial installation of my back screen door, it was installed backwards, and not according to my contract and the actual back door deadbolt lock did not align properly therefore, it was extremely hard to lock with the key.
Great service, the guys who installed the windows were very professional, communicated well, very polite
Quality, price
A lot of missed times when we were told someone would be at our house and when they actually came. For example. Install was suppose to start by 10am on 8/16. Raining that morning. Never received a contact they would be delayed. Confirmed with CS it would start no later than 1:30. Received a text at 1:31pm on our way. Crew arrived at 3:15. Finished at 8:45pm
I just thought the communication could be improved.
They'll were very professional from the sales person, management, and the installers, great job everyone of you Thank you!
