The quality of the Sunroom seems good at this point, but there are still some inspection items that need to be completed. Our biggest complaint is that our salesman left the company after we purchased we had no communication unless we initiated it, and responses were very brief and incomplete, forcing us to ask questions again. The construction guys had English as a second language, but we were able to communicate okay. Our installation was originally scheduled for 3/13. That day we were called (2hours before appointment time) and told a piece had been broken during transport from the factory. This delayed our installation by more than 2 months.
