The Champion Windows sales team is absolutely fantastic. However, do not expect communication until the installation. The Installation is fantastic as well.
I know that, except for COVID-related issues, this project would have been completed in a much more timely manner. My issue with the company is not the product itself but the poor communication. Through this period of time, from purchase through installation, the company reached out by post card twice to tell me little or nothing. When I called, it was difficult to even get someone on the phone, so I left messages, and some of those were not returned.
