I know that, except for COVID-related issues, this project would have been completed in a much more timely manner. My issue with the company is not the product itself but the poor communication. Through this period of time, from purchase through installation, the company reached out by post card twice to tell me little or nothing. The Champion Windows sales team is absolutely fantastic. However, do not expect communication until the installation. The Installation is fantastic as well.
The salesperson was rude, calling me names, and yelling at me when I called him on the phone. He said, "Why are you calling at 8am? I work hard." The measure technician was fine, and the installers were wonderful.
