The salesperson was rude, calling me names, and yelling at me when I called him on the phone. He said, "Why are you calling at 8am? I work hard." The measure technician was fine, and the installers were wonderful.
The installers were punctual and did a great job. My patio door functions perfectly.
My experience with Champion Windows was excellent from the beginning until the installation. I was appraised and was kept informed at various stages of the work to be completed. Even during installation, the installers were very professional. They did an excellent job!
There was a lack of communication with the delay of our project.
