The windows wouldn?t come in till the end of September. So far we are totally satisfied with them. They gave us the best price by far of anybody. They only make vinyl windows, and not wood. We are replacing our front wood windows with vinyl. Their colors seem to match okay and they seemed to go out of their way to give us a really good price. They were very professional. They were in and out within two days, which they said it would only take two days. One of the windows cracked after a year and they replaced it free of charge. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The salesman was a bit "hard-sell" and that made me quite wary. But all went very well. The man who came out to measure was pleasant and efficient . The windows arrived within the time frame promised. The workers were prompt, careful and pleasant. They took only a brief lunch break and worked quite late to get it all done in one day. They cleaned up well. The manager came by to check up on them in the mid afternoon and followed up by phone a couple of days later. I am pleased with the service and the product.

6 months later still havent fixed my door. The communication is terrible and no end in site to get it fixed properly. They dont respond when asked when itll arrive and each department gives you the run around.

Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. Was misled about the type of windows and the installation process. Was told by the regional manager that "it is what it is ".

Not as well as expected due to sloppy workmanship and lots of mis-communication.
