The sales representative we dealt with knows their products very well. He was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction, and provided information that was very helpful in making our decision as to which doors would work best for us. We have been dealing with Champion for 10 plus years, and have had the same sales person working with us for purchases of windows, and a patio room. They completed everything in one day. It was complex work, but they stuck to their original quote and price and got the job done very efficiently. And all the people on the crew were very courteous and nice.

Excellent the initial meeting was conducted professionally. They answered all our questions, and presented all payment options. <br /> After selecting what we wanted the doors and windows were fabricated and delivered in the time premised. The installers were professional and courteous. <br /> We had trouble with the alignment of the french doors. The company responded timely on two occasions to adjust the doors. The estimate we received was slightly higher than other estimates; BUT it included everything (removal and disposal of old windows) interior modifications needed, wrapping the exterior casings. There were no suprises. <br /> The windows arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the windows, as well as the quality of the installation and cleanup did not disappoint us in any way. Overall I was very pleased with the quanlity and speed of the work. There are a couple of minor leaks when there is a heavy rain, but nothing too serious. I plan on having them come back out again one of these days and enclose the walk out basement pit underneath it. The workers were very friendly and professional all the way around. I do recommend this company and I do plan on using them again!

I was very happy with Champion overall. I had several other companies quote the windows and Champion was the lowest. With that being said, I wasn't the biggest fan of how their pricing and such is setup. They often have crazy deals (50% off) and such and you have to haggle with them to get the best price. They reminded me a lot of the "Car dealer" sales. I think the final price we paid was 75% off of their regular price (which is terribly inflated :) They also really wanted us to buy before they left.
