I was surprised that it would take 4 months to get the windows in, I was more surprised to find that 4 of the windows were not measured correctly and had to be reordered, I was less surprised to be told the factory made the right sized window, but sent the wrong color. I was not surprised that no one came out at my request to assess the masonary work that needed to be done for the last window ( I requested this to happen 3 times) Then I was pleasantly surprised when they came out and put in the correct color and sized window... read more

The whole experience from setting up the appointment for the estimate and demonstration to completion of the window install was stress free. All of the people I interacted with were professional and patient answering my questions. I had a big job with 8 windows and the installation went smoothly and was completed the same day. The installers were expended, worked well together and ensured everything was cleaned up demonstrating how the different windows worked before leaving.
