The technician and the salesperson were very professional and met my needs to the tee.
I am conflicted on this answer. I love the windows and think they look great, however my overall experience has not been great. I was not given accurate information by my salesperson. Incomplete paperwork happened more than once. Appointment times were barely met, albeit met, but barely. Promises made that were not upheld even when questioned many times. The guys were excellent and cleaned up the yard every day and they showed up at 8:00 am every morning until job was completed. They were nice guys.
