I was disappointed in the communications regarding the status of my order. I got an email just before Christmas telling me it was in manufacturing. Herd nothing after that. I called in late January to see what the status was. After being n hold for 10 minutes or so, I ledt a voice mail. Never got a call back. Jake explained the process to me and the men building the sunroom willingly answered my questions and took care of the different situations that arose during the job. The electrician explained about my electrical panel and explained what he was going to do for the installation. The men were polite and professional, even when I didn’t understand everything.

The installers did not use any protective tarps on the floor and scratched the wood surface plus there was sawdust and wood pieces on the front entryway floor from the shim's. The windows are on the second story of our house and they didn’t clean them on the outside and can see smears on them especially when the sun hits them so not very impressed with the way things were left for us to clean up after them .. we spent quite a lot of money and the crew sb responsible for protecting surfaces and cleaning their messes
