I was disappointed in the communications regarding the status of my order. I got an email just before Christmas telling me it was in manufacturing. Herd nothing after that. I called in late January to see what the status was. After being n hold for 10 minutes or so, I ledt a voice mail. Never got a call back. Called again about a week later and talked to someone who sent a message to the Omaha install chief. Never heard anything from him. Jake explained the process to me and the men building the sunroom willingly answered my questions and took care of the different situations that arose during the job. The electrician explained about my electrical panel and explained what he was going to do for the installation. The men were polite and professional, even when I didn’t understand everything.
