After placing the order, the sales person called back that the exterior door hardware was no longer available in the finish we chose. So this required a changeorder and new selection of hardware. The biggest problem was the ordered storm door which was a top of the line Larson Platinum https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb9tXWAHjx8 but didn't come to the shop as expected. Five and 1/2 months later, a Larson storm door was finally installed - but not a Platinum. One that probably cost much less. There should be a refund.
The timeline, from initial downpayment to material ordering and final window installation, was faster than initially projected.

Quality of windows and the Lifetime warranty
I think they're good quality windows, but not sure if better than Pella or Anderson. I was expecting half the price of Pella, but my windows were only a few hundred less than Pella.
