I think the organization is at odds with its staff in so far as the organization is unable to deliver what the staff reasonably has promised. The organization seems to be hidebound to policies forms, and phone calls, and emails that seem irrelevant to the actual performance of what’s promised. The staff that I dealt with was great. The organization not so much. My hunch is the whole business could do a lot bette if it fired an awful lot of people And got rid of some of the policies. The quality is good but I do have problems sometimes closing the front left window.
Sales was smooth, install was sub par, windows are efficient.
