We have dealt with Champion Windows for 10 1/2 years. We have had windows and sunroom replaced and their service is always efficient and professional. We are very happy with everything they have done.
This is the 2nd time I had purchased Champion windows from Salt Lake City. No problem with first order, but this time it was different. The installers brought windows with a different decor grid than what I had ordered. Upon installion, the installer said one of the crank handles was defective, noted it on the paperwork, and said they would send someone to replace it. It took a year for them to even get to my house to do it, and then the guys that they hired to do it were drunks and stuff and had to take extra days off, so it took me another month and a half to get the job done after waiting a year.
I am completely satisfied with the work the Champion did.
