We are very pleased with Champions service from the salesman to the installers to the product.
The setup for the window appointment/demo was quick and informative. The rep answered all of my questions and made a great show as to why the windows would be an improvement to my current, much older windows. The installation was surprisingly quick; the team had my windows made, shipped, and installed about a month before their estimated timeline (so the extra cost of higher quality windows made stateside in Ohio was worth it).
My decision to select Champion Windows was because they manufacture their windows and eliminate the "middle" man. Should I encounter a problem with the windows I had installed, I will be able to deal directly with Champion for repair.
