The windows are beautiful and the installation crew did a fantastic job. My disappointment with my experience was with my salesman. He canceled our second appointment after I waited for close to an hour. This was after he said he was on his way. I understand that things happen but it was very frustrating for me to take time off work and then have such a last minute cancellation. From the salesman to the installation crew, all have been great. And I have noticed that my bedroom is now warmer than before. I'm very pleased with Champion Windows.
My Champion Windows were installed on Feb. 15th, which was the Monday before our record cold hit. Thanks to Champion Windows I was warm, my home was comfortable, and my utility bill was low. The installation crew was incredible! They worked hard, did not take any lunch breaks, and put everything back after completion. I highly recommend Champion Windows.
