The quality of the windows is really good. The installation had some problems. They aren't very timely.
Champion Windows has done a great job for us.
We had some problems at the beginning of the project. The factory that manufactured our door had some quality control issues. Chris Maple, the Champion Windows district manager, and Jenny, in the office, were extremely helpful and professional during the problem. The final product we received was installed correctly and it looks great.
