Continuing to patiently wait for final check list repair and window cleaning. 1st appointment cancelled, 2nd appointment forgot about. Not impressed at all with service.

Poorly made in factory most windows are drafty and fogging up
I had a terrible time scheduling the appointment. I had it scheduled with no shows 3 times before they finally came out on the 4th. Not only we’re all three times no shows, but I didn’t get a call from Champion telling me they wouldn’t be coming. I had to call and wait on hold for a long time each time and call back several times to finally get the correct person to talk to. For windows, yes door no
Not yet. Someone will have to show me how to use these windows. I tried to open one to take the sticker off and the top panel fell down so I had to get a ladder to get it back up or else the window would be totally open to the sky. Now I am afraid to check the others for fear the same thing will happen. I reserve comments about champion until I can operate the windows. Still have a door on order . The install crew was a no show the first time they were scheduled to show up. Then we had to reschedule and the door they installed is damaged along with a lot of the pieces and they also reused the wood they cut out from the original door and it looks awful. We have also spent the last week trying to contact someone to come out and look at it but no one will answer or return calls
