We were really confused on when they were going to show up. The delivery people delivered stuff on an afternoon that it was going to rain. They left the stuff on the driveway that was in cardboard boxes. They broke some things around my home, and didn't replace all of the decking that they said they were going to replace.
The service crew is wonderful. I would not recommend the regional director for following up.
