Get the best deal that you can. If Champion Windows of Toledo advertises something, make sure you get it.

The installation crew was fantastic. The workmanship and materials were great. The management staff at Champion Windows left a lot to be desired including the regional manager along with the sales staff. The whole installation was a fiasco. I got no support or follow up from the management. I am disappointed with the management at Champion Windows.

The materials and prices are the best in the area; however, they outsource their installation teams to local roofers and window installers, and truly have no control over their quality of work, timeliness, courteousness, etc. I would rather work with a company that has their own roofers and installers, instead of one that "bids" out your job to their "qualified" teams. Our yard was left a mess after the roofing, we found 2 strips of nails, on in a tree, one in the yard, as well as shingle pieces, plastic and other debris. Ot... read more

I am not likely to recommend Champion because of their promptness and allowing people to think it's a Champion crew when it's not. I don't know if they have their own people and farm out when they have too much, or what goes on. I was very disappointed that I did not know that. I may or may not have gone with someone else if I knew they were going to subcontract. I had my windows replaced and they did a fantastic job in a short amount of time.
