I am very disappointed in the service of measuring the windows a getting back to the customer to resolve issues. The installers were top notch but mesurers were very poor. This resulted in 3 orders for the same windows.
I would probably not recommend based on all the issues we had.
My home project was to replace 3 windows on the front of my home took more than a year to complete. That included 4 visits with 3 failed attempts because the window that were given to the crew were the wrong ones. I will never use Champion windows again. I should say the people that came out on the install were always very nice to my wife and myself. The management of this company needs to be replaced.
