Customer service sucks. I called multiple times left voicemails also left messages with people. Someone from my local office finally called me and it was only after I sent pictures to the champion Facebook page. Then when I did talk to him he talked over me the entire time and just gave me excuse after excuse. Out of all the issues I had only one was fixed and it shouldn’t have even been an issue if I would have gotten a call back after the first message I left

Patrick the salesman came to my house at the end of January. He was very polite and helpful. He sold me on the product and service. Made everything sound awesome! By May I had not heard anything about when they were going to start install on my siding so I call. The lady tells me they were just waiting on the product to come in. About a week later I get a call saying they want to come and start . They started on May 17th. They were seriously only show up 1-2 days a week. You don't know when they are coming and when they weren't. And, they didn't complete everything they did. They had to come back out.
Look elsewhere for your windows. The sales people make a good show of the product, but the installation and service after the sale is completely lacking.
We had two projects with Champion: sunroom and whole home window replacement. It took over SIX months to get project started. The sunroom was completed satisfactorily. The window project is a nightmare. The “colorbond” finish on most of our windows is defective - on the interior you can see incomplete coverage on many of the sliders; on the exterior there are finish coverage issues on several windows.
