Was not impressed with the installation crew. They had 5 people to put in one sliding door. All men it was intimidating. Not a comfortable position to be in.
Overall everything was good, however there was a slight misalignment with the sliding door that I was not happy with.
We think Champion Windows did a fine job and we are pleased.
The salesperson that came out was good, but he had told me in the beginning of the sales process that the little window in my bathroom would be included. However, when the installers came out, they said the little window was not included even though the salesperson said it was. I have been trying to contact the salesperson, but have still not been reached out.
