Windows came with lots of spots and other smeers that I have to use a razor blade to get off. It's not all done yet. Top Windows unseal when bottom window is closed. A few Windows have nicks and need replaced.
It seems that when you complete the payment, Champion does not follow through for what they say on the phone about receiving information about "taking care of the windows instructions". Communication is very important for a business to survive in todays world. Your company needs to find some leadership to follow through with customer satisfaction.
