They did a fantastic job! The demonstration of the different window qualities was very compelling and was why I went with Champion Windows. I think that it's best to show the demonstration first because once I saw how the radiation is absorbed; that was all I needed to see.
My biggest complaint is Champion Windows totally mismanaged the installation of our new Sun-room foundation. Even today after the room is fully built they still have not corrected the foundation mistake they created.
They were very professional and courteous. It was made very clear that they wanted to do a good job, and the finished product was important to them. The installer was very detailed.
