Nice windows. Salesman was friendly and listened to me and my concerns. Good quality,not cheap.
It started with a simple email and everything came together very well. The salesman was great, explained the product very well. The installation crew was a little late arriving but that was not a problem. They were very friendly and professional and did great work. My furnace went out about a week after the installation on a day in the mid 30's. After about eight hours without heat, the house only lost about five degrees. I know it's because of the new Champion windows! Thank you!
It is the first time where a project went completely smooth. No issues at all! Its because the process they have put in place from start to finish is top notch. They have thought of everything, and it shows.
The installation crew was phenomenal and I could not have asked for better.
