I have really mixed thoughts on my experience with Champion. The product is quality for a fair price but installation overall was a disappointment. Scheduling was not satisfactory and we are still dealing with problems on the installation with one window and french door.
The salesperson was prompt to come out. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to give me an exact quote right then. The installers did a great job and were clean.
Aaron came out and gave a quote for a Patio Door and i got to say very nice polite gentleman. After door was installed and paid for we had Him out again today for replacement windows. I have nothing but very pleasant things to say about Aaron and Champion Doors and Windows of Toledo. I will have him back out for Bay window Replacement After this Installation. 5 Star Rating in my book. Thank You Very Much
I originally talked with a sales person on July 24th. He was very professional and we made an agreement to have windows and siding done to my home! The windows were installed and are wonderful. It is now, nearly 3 months later, and I have not heard anything about my siding. Only once, after I spent most of one day trying to find someone to talk to, have I had any discussion about my siding. It would be respectful to keep me updated, let me know I have not been forgotten.
