My biggest complaint is Champion Windows totally mismanaged the installation of our new Sun-room foundation. Even today after the room is fully built they still have not corrected the foundation mistake they created.
They were very professional and courteous. It was made very clear that they wanted to do a good job, and the finished product was important to them. The installer was very detailed.
We are very satisfied with the end results and it serves the purpose. Now that it's chilling down, we can use our porch. We are more than satisfied.
I haven't had them that long, but my friend says it'll make it warmer and cooler and brighter in the summer. It does bring in the light more. It's not as dark down there. So far, I like it. I feel safer with them.
Although the installation crew was friendly I didn’t feel comfortable with the job they did. I had to point out calking issues and had to do some myself after the job was done. I also realize they are replacing windows but didn’t expect damage to dents and scuffs on the trim around the windows. My main reason for my rating is not that I was disappointed in the overall job, but that I paid a lot more for these windows and expected a higher quality job.
