Quiet, Nice place to live.
Love my home here at Chandler Estates. Just blocks away from the arts and culture events in downtown Chandler. And the convience of the transit system a block away. I had to only give 3 stars though due to the management here. Very aggressive style, laundry machines are old and inefficient, Pool is clean however furniture is broken and rusted. And they lock the restrooms during the weekend. Pluck 🤢
Management is a joke. I moved out a year ago and turned my mobile over to them. They never put my mobile in their name as they should have. I have received this years tax bill. And to top it all off it has been demolished. GRRRRRR
It's a 55, and over, park....That is (for the most part) Quiet, and peaceful. Some distraction, BUT NOT, Overbearing. Need NEW residents.
