I have some concerns about your company and its response to any phone calls , text messages, phone messages that residents sent to your company. Response is absolute zero!! No returned calls, text messages etc. Residents are very upset about this issue. The only information we have received from Havenpark is a letter stating that our rent will be increasing 12% in 90 days. An e-mail stating water meters are being installed on February 11 & 12th. To say that the residents at the chaparral ranch are unhappy and frustrated with New Management would be an understatement. we were purchased by Havenpark the first of the year and instead of a welcoming meeting have received a hand delivered letter promising professional and great service……Emails and phone calls are not answered and the only communication has been that water meters would be installed…(however due to a threat of discontinued service due to non-payment this was placed on hold?????) we have absolutely no co... read more

I visited the 55+ park and talked with a resident. It sounds like the new owners are going to be making improvements to the community but have not given rent details or anything yet. The only thing obvious that was updated was the paved roads. No clubhouse or any amenities. It doesn’t look like there’s much enforcement for unit construction or compliance at this point. But I am looking forward to seeing what the new owners have in store.

We've been coming down to Apache Junction from South Dakota now for 9 years. We've spent all our time at Chaparral Ranch in the same mobile home that we love. Sure, there's no pool, no tennis courts, and no bona fide clubhouse, but the low monthly lot rent and the many life-long friends we've made more than make up for it. We make our own fun! From pot lucks to New Years parties, or singing karaoke with the gang, you can't go wrong. We wouldn't live anywhere else. Beth P.

Checking on several units that happened to be for sale some older single wide trailers mixture of Park models RVs pull behind mobile trailers the like no swimming pool but nice and neat Park.. close to post office and multigen center and downtown area. Small quaint Park. If you like activities this isn't the place not much going on here.
